Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Aquatalia Store. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Returns Policy
Items must be returned in new, unworn condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a refurbishment fee.
The return process must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges.
To initiate a return, please visit our Returns Portal at theaquataliastore.com. You will need your order number and email address. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once we receive and process the return. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. This ensures you secure the desired product quickly, as inventory changes in real time.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for any return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked “Final Sale” at purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Altered or personalized products.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately through the Returns Portal at theaquataliastore.com. We will gladly assist you and arrange a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
A prepaid return label will be provided for authorized returns within the United States. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
