Order Processing
All orders are processed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your tracking information and a link to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to numerous countries worldwide. During checkout, you can select your country to view available shipping options and any potential import regulations that may apply. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid any delays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs, from standard to expedited services. The available methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected method, delivery destination, and order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking will be activated. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Restrictions & Address Guidelines
- We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding companies. Please provide a complete street address.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
- Some international destinations may have restrictions on certain products. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with their country’s import regulations and customs policies, including any applicable duties, taxes, or fees, which are not included in the order total or shipping charges.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different locations or in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive a notification and tracking information for each shipment, if applicable. Additional shipping charges will not be applied.
